1. To obtain and confirm your booking of accommodations and other services, and to provide such services as requested. Since this processing is required to define our contractual relationship and to perform under our contract with you, your consent is not required, unless certain “sensitive” information is submitted. Should you refuse to submit your personal information, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide you with the requested services. Processing shall cease once you check out, although some of your personal information may (or in some instances, has to) continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner described below; 2. To comply with our “Public Safety Law” which requires that we provide identification data of our guests to the police, for purposes of public safety. Data submission is mandatory and does not require your consent. Should you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to host you in our hotel. 3. To comply with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax regulations. For these purposes, your consent is not required. Personal information is processed by us and our persons in charge of data processing and is disclosed outside the company only when and if required by law. Should you refuse to submit the required data for the above purposes, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. 4. To speed up check-in on your next visit to our hotel. For such purposes, upon obtaining your consent (which can be revoked at any moment), your information will be retained for a maximum of 5 years, and will be used the next time you are our guest, for the reasons listed supra. 5. To allow you to receive messages and telephone calls during your stay. Your consent is required for such purposes. You can revoke your consent at any time. Such processing, where consent is granted, shall end when you check out; 6. To send you advertising messages and updates on special rates and promotions. For this purpose, upon obtaining your consent, your information shall be retained for a maximum of 5 years, and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may revoke your consent at any moment;

Check-in / Check-out Standard Check-in: 14:00 hours, Check-Out: 12:00 hours All guests would be required to produce photo identification at the time of check-in, in accordance with local law and for security purposes. Passports for foreign travelers are mandated. Early Check-in: For guests that arrive prior to 14:00 hours, the hotel will make all endeavors to provide complementary early arrival. However, in order to have guaranteed room availability for Check-In prior to 1400 hours, the room must be pre-booked from the previous night. In this case, one night’s additional room charge will apply. Early Departure: In case of early departure additional one-night charge will be posted on your billing. Late Check-out: Guests Checking-Out between 1200 hours – 1800 hours, will be charged 50% of the room rate (Subject to availability). For guests Checking-Out after 1800 hours, a full room charge will be applicable (Subject to availability). No Show: In the eventuality that a guest with a confirmed reservation does not arrive at the date specified, “No-show” charges will be automatically charged to the guest’s master account or credit card, towards the retention of one night. These special rates are applicable for all reservations made directly with the hotel representative, through telephone or email. § All rooms are subject to availability at the time of guaranteeing the same by Credit Card/Company Guarantee/ Cash payment. § Payments shall be settled directly by cash or credit card. § All the booking requests must be communicated to the hotel representative in writing (Either by letter, facsimile, or email). § The Corporate Client will make an advance reservation with the hotel and the hotel will confirm the reservation subject to availability. The hotel will send reservation confirmation to the client upon receipt of the reservation request in writing. § During Check-In time, credit card pre-authorization will be taken by the Front Office of the respective guest. All the guests will settle the bill by cash or rearwards during the time of Check-Out unless we have a credit arrangement with the client. § POLICIES: The guests have to abide by all the rules of the hotel. the guests cannot do anything which will be against the hotel policy. The guests must have valid documents with them during the time of check-in. § PAYMENTS: The guests can pay at the hotel by cash or credit card. The hotel may ask for advance during the time of check-in. § VAT & SERVICE CHARGE: The guests have to pay vat and service charges according to the hotel policy or rule. § CANCELLATION POLICY: If the guests want to cancel the booking then the guests have to inform the hotel 72 hours before otherwise 1 night will be charged. § CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 noon. § REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN TIME: A copy of the passport or NID § PARKING: Available § PETS: Pets are not allowed. § CHILDREN: Children are allowed § EXTRA BEDS: Extra beds are available.
